Dearest Family and Friends,
It is hard to believe we are only six short weeks away from welcoming everyone to the magic of Aspen. We are so excited to have you join us in celebrating Seira and Taylor on their big day.
As you know, the COVID situation is constantly changing. In light of this reality, the safety and well-being of our dearest friends and family is our number one priority.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are asking all our guests to kindly submit a copy of your vaccination card/Excelsior Pass to events@eksevents.com.
Should the situation with Covid evolve further, we may ultimately require a PCR/Rapid test 72 hours prior to the weekend.
If this is the case a notification will be emailed to our guest with plenty of time.
The vast majority of our events will be outdoors and rest assured, all vendors and staff working this event will have done the same.
Again, we can’t wait to welcome you, and are so appreciative of all the effort involved in joining us and sharing this momentous occasion in Seira and Taylor’s life.
